**StartupTree** is looking for an enthusiastic lover of all things growth and community who is passionate about supporting students from entrepreneurship communities across the country.
Building community and scaling our initiatives play a significant role in what we do at StartupTree — be it supporting and empowering student founders and operators, expanding our reach and community, or establishing a brand and presence within student entrepreneurship ecosystems.
As the Growth and Community Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing partnerships, managing growth initiatives and programming for the community while defining growth goals, executing campaigns and multi-channel marketing, and building community both offline and online. 🌲 You will focus on expanding StartupTree's brand presence within student entrepreneurship ecosystems, engaging with hundreds of leaders immersed in the student entrepreneurship scene.
🌲 You will lead partnerships and partnership strategies to sustain current partnerships and expand to more.
🌲 You will administer and architect programming like fellowships, events, and other series to further engage the internal/external StartupTree community.
🌲 You will work closely with the CEO to develop creative campaigns and strategies for brand activation and community engagement.
🌲 You will define growth and community goals and KPI's and analyze them to iterate and scale quickly.
🌲 You will serve as a key driver behind Multi-Channel Marketing efforts including social and our student newsletter.
🌲 You are passionate about student entrepreneurship/VC communities and passionate about empowering student founders, operators, and investors.
🌲 You are familiar with running and maintaining programs and events both online and offline.
🌲 You can communicate effectively with teams and leadership to support comprehensive growth and community-building strategies.
